Product description:
The following steps in the construction of Carbon Fiber board: 1. Lightly press the Carbon Fiber Plate coated with carbon board adhesive onto the polished concrete surface, use a rubber roller to smoothly compact along the fiber direction, and extrude the carbon board adhesive from both sides to ensure compactness and no voids. When two layers of carbon fiber board need to be pasted, it should be continuously pasted. If immediate pasting is not possible, the underlying carbon fiber board should be cleaned again before starting the pasting process. 3. Remove excess carbon board adhesive on both sides, clean the surface of the carbon board, and apply a protective layer to the surface of the carbon fiber plate as needed. When pasting multiple carbon fiber boards in parallel, the gap between the two strips should not be less than 5mm.
