Product description:

The specific operating steps for Carbon Fiber Pultruded Rod are as follows:
1. Prepare carbon fiber prepreg, mix the carbon fiber and resin evenly, so that the carbon fiber is fully soaked in the resin.
2. Place the carbon fiber prepreg into the feed port of the pultrusion machine, and feed the prepreg into the machine through the rotation of the screw.
3. Inside the pultrusion machine, the prepreg passes through the heating area and the resin begins to melt, resulting in a more cohesive carbon fiber with the resin.
As the screw rotates, the prepreg is squeezed out of the discharge port of the machine, forming a continuous Carbon Fiber Rod.
After cooling, the carbon fiber rod can be processed and used for subsequent processing.This completes the Pultruded Carbon Rod.
